Noel Charles O'Regan
Noel Charles O'Regan SMA (born December 14, 1941 in Bishopstown ) is former bishop of Ndola .
Life
Noel Charles O'Regan joined the religious order of the Society of Africa Missions and was ordained a priest on December 18, 1967 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Solwezi on July 10, 1995 .
The apostolic nuncio in Zambia , Giuseppe Leanza , donated him episcopal ordination on December 10th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Dennis Harold De Jong , Bishop of Ndola , and Telesphore George Mpundu , Bishop of Mbala-Mpika .
On October 1, 2004, he was appointed Bishop of Ndola. He resigned from his office on January 16, 2010.
