North German football championship 1919/20

The North German Football Championship in 1919/20 was the 14th competition organized by the North German Football Association . The winner was Arminia Hannover . At the German championship , the Hanoverians reached the quarter-finals.

All 12 districts had reported their masters. However, Goslar 08 did not show up on Good Friday (April 2nd) for his game at Eintracht Braunschweig (the hosts and the referee were there). ABTS Bremen, Holstein Kiel, Arminia Hannover and the not yet finalized champions from Hamburg-Altona were exempt from the first preliminary round. The game was played on April 11, 1920.
