Norwegian national floorball team

The Norwegian national floorball team presents Norway in international matches and tournaments in the sport of floorball (also known as floorball).

The Norwegian team achieved their greatest success at the World Cup in 1996 in Sweden. Norway won the bronze medal with a 6-2 win in the small final over the Czech Republic . After that, Norway finished fifth four times in a row, seventh in 2006 and sixth in 2008 and 2010.

Norway played their first international match on February 21, 1992 in Godby against Finland . Finland won 12-2 and a second game the following day 7-0.
