Nuʻusafeʻe (also: Satalo ) is an island off the south coast of Upolu Island . It belongs to the political district (itūmālō) Atua in the island state of Samoa .
geography
Nuʻusafeʻe is located off the south coast of Upolu in the entrance area to the Falealili Harbor with the settlements of Poutasi , Saleilua , Vaovai and Matautu . The island measures only about 80 m in diameter. It is closed off from the sea in the south by a coral reef . Administratively, the island belongs to the Atua district .
