The team was founded in 2012 and takes part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental Team . Manager is Wen Jun Daniel Loy, who is supported by the sporting directors Peter John Shandon and Weiwen Justin Cheong.

The team was disbanded at the end of 2014.
