Oberdorf is a locality and as Oberdorf-Landskron a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Bruck an der Mur in the district of Bruck-Mürzzuschlag in Styria .
The place is west of Bruck on the left bank of the Mur
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 137 building areas with 119,529 m² and 80 gardens on 151,946 m² in the cadastral municipality of Oberdorf-Landskron , in 1989/1990 there were 143 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 426 and in 2009/2010 there were 242 buildings on 504 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture and forestry. At the turn of the year 1979/1980 308 hectares were used for agriculture and 541 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 204 hectares and 644 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 122 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 646 hectares. The average soil climate number of Oberdorf-Landskron is 21.8 (as of 2010).
