The Ohlenbach is a 3 km long brook in the Darmstadt district of Arheilgen and in the Weiterstadt district of Graefenhausen . It drains mainly in a westerly direction and is a left tributary of the Mühlbach .

The Ohlenbach rises on the northern edge of Arheilgen in the northeast corner of the "play park".
About 250 m behind the source, the stream flows through a small rainwater retention basin ( ⊙ ) and then first crosses under the Frankfurt-Darmstadt railway line and then the B 3 ( Langener Straße ). West of the B 3 after it flows north of the commercial area of Arheilgen through the fields of the corridor on the Hassel meadow at the model airfield Arheilgen over. North of the small “ Kleewoog ” nature reserve , the stream crosses the border from Darmstadt to Weiterstadt, then runs westward through dense woodland within the boundaries of Graefenhausen and shortly thereafter flows north of the Kappesäcker corridor and south of the protected inland dune “ Rotböhl ” into a flood protection structure ( ⊙ ).
Then the Ohlenbach first crosses under the Münchweg (K 165) and then the BAB 5 . To the west of the autobahn it flows through Graefenhausen and then crosses the L 3113 on the western edge of the town.About 250 m further west, the Ohlenbach turns north, crosses under Schneppenhäuser Strasse and finally flows west of the meat mill from the south into the Mühlbach coming from the east .
