history

Stefan Klein (* 1969 in Hagen ) and Olaf Neumann (* 1969 in Letmathe , now the city of Iserlohn) were fellow students in the communication design course at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal . Before studying, Klein had completed internships in various agencies, Neumann trained as a photographer . They started working together shortly after starting their studies in 1992. In 1995 they founded the joint office in Iserlohn. Even before they graduated in 1998, Klein and Neumann won first prizes. Together they also created their diploma thesis “Corporate Design for the Abbey of Königsmünster in Meschede” with Klaus Winterhager and Gerda Breuer .

Since 2002 the office has participated in tenders for postage stamp designs for Deutsche Post; In 2004 the first brand designed by Klein and Neumann appeared, since 2005 brands of the permanent series "Flowers", for which they also created the photo templates.
