Joltuchowskyj started in January 2009 in the cross-country skiing Eastern Europe Cup . From the very first race in Kharkiv he was in the points. Until 2011, he started annually in Kharkiv, where he achieved his best result in the sprint 2011 with fifth place. In November and December 2012 he started with varying success in FIS races in Finland. In January, he returned to the Eastern Europe Cup.
On July 26, 2013 Joltuchowskyj made his debut in the Rollerski World Cup . In Nizhny Novgorod he ran into the points in both individual races. In the team sprint, he reached fifth place with Ivan Bilosjuk . At the following roller ski world championships in 2013 in Bad Peterstal , he ran in the sprint and 20 km individual under the top 20. In the team sprint, he ran together with Bilosjuk to sixth place. He finished the final mass start race in 22nd place. After Joltuchowskyj started again in Finland the following November, he traveled to the Winter Universiade 2013 in December . After he remained there without a top placement, he traveled to Tyssowez , where he first reached the podium in the FIS sprint race in second place. A year later at the Winter Universiade 2015 in Štrbské Pleso , he was again without a top ranking.
In July 2015, Joltuchowskyj returned to the Rollerski World Cup in Madona, Latvia, and finished in the points in all three races. At the beginning of winter 2015/16 it was used in Vuokatti as part of the Cross-Country Scandinavian Cup . However, after failing to compete in the first two races, he was unable to finish the third race. In July 2016 he ran into the top 10 for the first time in the Rollerski World Cup in Oroslavje . He repeated this success in Sweden and finished ninth in Sollefteå . In September he reached fourth place in Chernihiv , his best individual result to date.
In February and March 2017, Joltuchowskyj was part of the Ukrainian cross-country team at the Nordic World Ski Championships . After 94th place in the sprint, he was lapped in the skiathlon and retired. Even with the Ukrainian relay, he had to end the race early after lapping.
