Oliver Kämmerer (born April 12, 1988 in Erfurt ) is a German ice hockey player who plays in the 2010/11 season at the Icefighters Leipzig in the league in the position of the striker.

Career

Oliver Kämmerer went through the junior division of the ESC Thuringia Erfurt , where he played, among other things, in the junior Bundesliga. In the 2006/2007 season he moved to the club's senior team. First he played here in the regional league , a year later in the major league .

In a sighting camp in which the striker took part, he was observed by the sporting person in charge of the ice pirates Crimmitschau - Ronny Bauer. The Eispiraten Crimmitschau gave Kämmerer the opportunity for the 2008/09 season to establish themselves with the sponsorship license partner in the upper league team of ESC Hall 04 and thus possibly make the leap into the 2nd Bundesliga. After the season, Kämmerer did not get a new contract offer from West Saxony.

Kämmerer played until the end of the 2009/10 season with the Black Dragons Erfurt in the Regionalliga. During the summer break he first moved to Höchstadt , but he did not play a single game for the club there. Before the first test match he returned to Saxony and got a contract for the 2010/11 season with the Icefighters Leipzig from the league.
