Olsen Involtini (born before 1990) is a music producer , sound engineer and songwriter .

Life

Involtini has been working as a producer and mixer for numerous recordings by artists such as Seeed , Bela B. , Peter Fox , Marteria , Rammstein , Emigrate , Unheilig and Die Fantastischen Vier since the mid-1990s . As a songwriter, he wrote some arrangements for Bela B. For Rammstein, he wrote some string arrangements for the albums Mutter and Reise, Reise and produced her album Rammstein , which was released in 2019 .

In addition, Involtini repeatedly took on other functions. He produced remixes (e.g. for Rammstein's pieces of music America or Haifisch ), sang backing vocals (e.g. for Bela B. - Bingo ) or was a speaker for radio plays .

He is responsible for the FoH mix at concerts by Seeed or Rammstein, among others . The musicologist Peter Wicke describes Involtini in his book Rammstein as "probably the most talented mixer in Germany", according to Olaf Karnik and Helmut Philipps he is an "exceptional talent at the mixing console".

Involtini plays guitar in Richard Kruspe 's band Emigrate , founded in 2005 . Since 2006 he has been a member of the band Los Helmstedt , which Bela B. supports live on tours and at festivals.

Olsen Involtini works in his own Dujardin studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg .
