Omatako is a constituency in the region Otjozondjupa in Namibia . It is located around 150 kilometers north of Windhoek and has around 12,000 inhabitants. The only settlement in the constituency is Okandjire .

In Omatako means Herero language originally as much as (women's) breasts. It is named after the Omatakobergen : two cone mountains , which tower over the surrounding highlands (at about 1430  m ). The Omatako Rivier of the same name flows past the mountains.

The constituency's representative in the regional administration has been Issaskar Kaujeua from the ruling SWAPO since 2010 .
