On-uma Chattha (born March 27, 1997 in Nakhon Phanom ) is a Thai sprinter .

Athletic career

On-uma Chattha gained her first experience in international competitions at the Junior Asian Championships 2014 in Taipei , where she won the silver medal in Hong Kong's 4 x 100 meter relay in 45.89 seconds. Two years later, she again took part in the Junior Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City , where she won the bronze medal in the 100-meter run in 11.88 s . In addition, she won in 45.23 s with the relay and thus qualified for the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz , Poland , where she was eliminated with 45.89 s in the lead. The following year she reached the semi-finals over 100 meters at the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar and reached fourth place with the relay in 44.74 s.

In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and was eliminated there in 11.66 seconds in the semifinals. She also took fourth place with the Thai relay. The following year she reached the semi-finals at the Asian Championships in Doha , in which she was eliminated with 11.85 s and reached fifth place with the relay in 43.99 s. Then she did not get to the finals at the World Relays in Yokohama in 44.24 s and was eliminated at the Summer Universiade in Naples with 11.97 s in the lead and was sixth in the season in 45.23 s. In December she finished fifth at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 11.77 s and won the relay in 44.38 s.

Chattha is completing a sports degree at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University .
