Oséas Reis dos Santos (born May 14, 1971 in Salvador ) is a former Brazilian soccer player.

Career

1990 to 2002

Oséas began his career in 1990 and played until 1995 at lower-class clubs such as Galícia EC , FC Pontevedra and Uberlândia EC . In 1995 he moved to Athletico Paranaense , where he was under contract for a total of three seasons. He scored at least 25 hits for Paranaense, but exact statistics are not available.

After the season he moved to the Brazilian club Palmeiras São Paulo for three years , where he played 23 league games and scored eleven goals in his first year. He achieved almost the same performance in the following year, where he scored twelve goals, with the same number of appearances. In his last year at the club, he took part again in 16 league games and scored once in the goal. During the three years he was under contract for 62 league games and scored 24 goals.

In 2000 he moved to the club Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte , where he completed 22 league games in the same year and scored eleven times. In his sophomore year, he played 20 league games and scored four times. In total, he took part in 42 league games during the two years and scored 15 times in the goal. In 2002 he was under contract with FC Santos .

2002 to 2005

After six years in Brazil, he went to Japan in the same year for the club Vissel Kobe , where he completed 15 league games and scored six times. In 2003 he took part in 29 league games and scored 13 goals. He also played a game in the Kaiser Cup , in which Oséas also scored a goal. In total, he was used in 44 league games in the two years and was able to show 19 goals in the end. After two seasons he returned to Brazil, where he was under contract for one season with the club SC Internacional . That year he played eight league games, but could not score a goal. After that year he moved to the Japanese club Albirex Niigata , where he played twelve league games and scored four times. That year he did not take part in either the Kaiser Cup or the J. League Cup . In 2005 he was still under contract with Brasiliense FC .
