Oselstrasse 36
The building at Oselstraße 36 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1893. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The single-storey saddle roof building on a base, with a wooden balcony and wooden entrance building was built by the August Exter office in the local style. Originally designed as a single-family house, the house was divided into two apartments in 1988.
