Villa Oselstrasse 28 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Oselstraße 28 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1893. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey Satteldachbau with corner bay window , wooden corner balcony and house Madonna was according to plans of the architectural firm August Exter in Heimatstil built. The building was extended backwards in 1911 by Georg Völkl.

The house at Oselstrasse 38 is identical, which is why one can speak of a standardized type from the Exter office.
