Oselstrasse 33
The building at Oselstraße 33 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1908. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The two-storey mansard hipped roof building with bulged side risalits , balcony on consoles and staircase risalit was built according to plans by the architect Georg Völkl . Today the building is used as an apartment building.
The architectural style of the villa stands out from the small-scale, decorative style of the villas from the August Exter office in the surrounding buildings.
