Villa Oselstrasse 31 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Oselstraße 31 (formerly No. 27, 29 and 31) in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1906. The former group of terraced houses on Oselstrasse , a girls' dormitory of the Inner Mission since the 1920s , belongs to the Pasing I villa colony . It is a protected architectural monument .

The two-story cripple hipped roof buildings with a dwarf house , round corner tower and ornamental framework were built by Georg Völkl in the local style. From 1962 to 1964, the building was extended by a rear wing and the street front was simplified beyond recognition.
