Oselstrasse 35
The building at Oselstraße 35 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1912. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with transverse gable , saddle roof and polygonal ground floor bay was built according to plans by the architect Georg Völkl in the reform style. The building differs from the small-scale, historicizing buildings in the area from the August Exter office .
