Oselstrasse 38
The building at Oselstrasse 38 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1893. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The two-storey saddle roof building with a sloping corner bay , wood-clad gable and wooden balcony was built by the August Exter office in the local style. The house at Oselstrasse 28 is identical, which is why one can speak of a standardized type from the Exter office.
The house was rebuilt after 1980.
