Oselstrasse 40
The building at Oselstrasse 40 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1893/94. The villa in Oselstraße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The single-storey saddle roof building over a high base with a sloping corner bay and shingled facade was built by the August Exter office in a country house style. The house entrance has a wooden roof and above it is a twin window .
