Kwiatkowski started in Vratna in January 2012 for the first time in the European Cup and finished 53rd in the giant slalom. At the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2013 in Predeal , he won the silver medal in the parallel giant slalom and achieved 26th place in snowboard cross. In December 2013 he made his debut in the Snowboard World Cup . He was disqualified. At the Junior World Championships 2014 in Chiesa in Valmalenco he came in 22nd place in the parallel giant slalom and 12th place in the parallel slalom and at the Junior World Championships 2015 in Yabuli the 12th place in the parallel giant slalom and fifth place in the parallel slalom. In January 2017 he won the silver medal in the parallel slalom at the Winter Universiade in Almaty . In the parallel giant slalom he was sixth there. At the 2017 Snowboard World Championships in Sierra Nevada , he finished 20th in the parallel giant slalom and 12th in the parallel slalom. The following year he finished 13th in the parallel giant slalom at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang . In March 2018 in Scuol he achieved his first top ten placement and podium placement in the World Cup with second place in the parallel giant slalom. The following year he drove to tenth place at the World Championships in Park City in the parallel giant slalom. In March 2019 he became Polish champion in parallel slalom and won the gold medal in parallel giant slalom at the Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk .
In the 2019/20 season, Kwiatkowski came in the top ten twice in the World Cup, including third place in Scuol and thus finished 18th in the parallel World Cup . He also won the European Cup with one win and two second places, the parallel giant slalom classification.
