Osnat Shurer

Osnat Shurer (* 1970 or 1971 in Israel ) is an Israeli film producer .

Career

Osnat Shurer was born and raised in Israel. Her film career began in 2003 for Pixar Animation Studios as the producer of the animated short film Boundin ', which received a nomination for Best Animated Short at the 2004 Academy Awards . She has also produced for Artscape , The One Man Band , Jack-Jack Attack , Mr. Incredible and Friends, and the Sarah Vowell documentary , which was released under the title Vowellet: An Essay by Sarah Vowell . In 2006, Lifted , a short film she produced, was also nominated for the Oscars . At the Golden Globe Awards 2012 , her film Arthur Santa Claus , a Sony Pictures animation production, received a nomination for Best Animated Film . Shurer currently works at Walt Disney Animation Studio .

She received Shurer's first own Oscar nomination at the 2017 Academy Awards , together with John Musker and Ron Clements , for the work Vaiana - Paradise has a hook in the category of best animated film . The award went to the film Zoomania , also produced by the Walt Disney animation studio .
