Osterlauchdorf is a district of the Upper Swabian market Dirlewang in the Unterallgäu district in Bavaria . The village is about three kilometers southeast of the main town. The Oberkopfwald borders the village in the east, and the Hungerbach runs to the west . The remaining areas are mainly used for agriculture.
history
The place was first mentioned in 1363 as the "Vogtei Osterlauchdorf" in the contract for the sale of the Mindelheim estate . With that he passed from the Mindelberg family to the Hochschlitz. Duke Friedrich von Teck became ruler of the village in 1370. The pin Salzburg was awarded in 1474 the location of the Frundsbergern, the former owners of the rule Mindelheim against release of the goods of Frundsberger in Tyrol. The place remained in the fief of the Salzburg monastery until secularization . The place has belonged to Dirlewang since the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss 1803.
Ecclesiastically, the hamlet belonged to the parish of Kirchdorf until 1680 , then to the parish of Dorschhausen .
