rise
The summit of Ostrawitz cannot be reached via marked hiking trails or climbs. Jägersteige, which only exist in fragments in sections, lead from the upholstered property or the former Hinterstoder national recreation home to the notch of the 1353 m high Löckenkogel. From there you can get to the summit via a steep path that is only occasionally marked with cairns over steep craggy and pine terrain . The walking time from the valley to the summit is approx. 4 hours.
Since late autumn 2011 there has been a small wooden summit cross on the summit of Ostrawitz.
