Otto Bahr Halvorsen
Otto Bahr Halvorsen (born May 28, 1872 in Christiania ; † May 23, 1923 ibid) was a Norwegian lawyer and conservative politician of the Høyre . He was Prime Minister of Norway from June 21, 1920 to June 22, 1921 and again from March 6, 1923 until his death on May 23. In addition, from 1912 he was a member of the Storting on several occasions and was President of the Chamber of Parliament from 1919 to 1924. In 1923 he also held the post of Justice Minister under Prime Minister Otto Albert Blehr for a short time .
Halvorsen was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Olav and the Dannebrogden .
