Otto tail
Otto Schwanz (* 1940 ; † August 17, 2003 ) was a brothel operator in Berlin-Wilmersdorf .
Life
Tail was a trained tiler . As a protagonist of the Berlin building scandal or Antes scandal , he was sentenced in 1987 to six and a half years in prison for bribery .
He had a permanent GDR visa and had good contacts with Alexander Schalck-Golodkowski from the trade in spirits . After milieu fighting cock was the bodyguard of Hans Helmcke .
In prison he learned the trade of bookbinder . After his release from prison, he could no longer build on previous business successes, but instead received unemployment benefits . Obituaries like in the weekly newspaper Die Zeit described him as a “piece of national crime culture” and, because of his contacts with the East, as a “ pimp of détente”. Tail was a long-time member of the Wilmersdorfer CDU .
