Otto Weipert
Otto Weipert (born April 14, 1874 in Heidelberg , † July 29, 1961 in St. Leon-Rot near Heidelberg ) was a German judge .
Life
After the state exams in 1896 and 1899, he became a local judge in Walldürn / Baden in 1902 . In 1907 he was promoted to the district judge in Mannheim and in 1919 transferred to Karlsruhe . In 1923 he became a higher regional judge in Karlsruhe. In 1927 he came to the Baden Ministry of Justice as a ministerial advisor. In 1928 he came to the Reichsgericht . He was active in the 2nd Civil Senate . He was a member of the Academy for German Law . He retired on May 1, 1939. After 1945 he was President of the Administrative Court in Karlsruhe from mid-January to April 1948 .
