Out of Season is an American - British - German - Romanian crime film from 2004 . Directed by Jevon O'Neill , who also wrote the script. The film was re-released in 2013 under the title Time for Crime - Time for Fraudsters .
action
Pierre works in a small town in an amusement park owned by Michael Philipps. His salary is stolen by Simeon Guant, and Pierre stays in town after the end of the season. He is interested in Michael's daughter Kelly. Meanwhile, Michael's wife, Eileen, has an affair with Guant.
Pierre hears that local resident Harry Barlow is a seasoned burglar. He asks Barlow to teach him a few tricks. Kelly persuades Barlow to break into her father's safe so she and Pierre can leave the place together. The plan doesn't work.
Reviews
Film-Dienst wrote that the “superficial thriller” did notuse “its potential” and “relied entirely on familiar pieces of the genre” . He was also "disappointing as an actor" .
