The PAZ-3204 ( Russian ПАЗ-3204 ) is a minibus produced by the Russian manufacturer Pawlowski Avtobusny Sawod , which is mainly sold in Russia. An extended version is also offered under the same name. It is the successor to the widespread and still in production PAZ-3205 .
description
As early as 1973, PAZ had a prototype of a bus called PAZ-3204. However, this was related to the developments around the PAZ-3205 and had nothing to do with today's PAZ-3204.
31 years later, in 2004, a new prototype of a minibus was built with the PAZ-32XX. The series production began in 2006 in small series, the mass production began in 2007. In the following years there were various minor revisions to the exterior and the built-in technology. In addition, a version with a length of 1.2 meters came onto the market, as well as a model with natural gas drive.
In addition to Russian engines from the Jaroslawski Motorny Sawod , American imported engines from Cummins Engine are also installed.
At least 10,341 copies were built by the end of 2015. Although the PAZ-3204 has been in production for almost a decade, production of its predecessor has not yet been discontinued.

- PAZ-3204 (EZ-121) - prototype from 1973 which only bears the same number, but technically belongs to the PAZ-3205.
- PAZ-32XX - prototype from 2004, only one copy was built.
- PAZ-3204 - From 2004/2005 to the end of 2006, a pre-series of around 20 vehicles was produced.
- PAZ-320402-03 - Standard length vehicle, built in series since 2008.
- PAZ-320412-03 - Series vehicle with a body extended by 1.2 meters, built in series from 2008 to 2011.
- PAZ-320412-04 - extended version, in series production since 2009
- PAZ-320412-05 - extended variant, built since 2011, with western engine
- PAZ-320412-10 CNG - model variant with natural gas drive in production since 2010
- PAZ-320414-05 - In production since the end of 2013, with slight revisions compared to the standard model. The model was nicknamed "Vector".
