The PAZ-3205 ( Russian ПАЗ-3205 ) is a minibus from the production of the Russian manufacturer Pawlowski Avtobusny Sawod , which is particularly widespread in Russia. More than 220,000 vehicles had been built by the end of 2015. A version with all-wheel drive, the PAZ-3206 , is also on the market. A variant with an extended body is offered under the designation PAZ-4234 .

Long before the start of serial production of the PAZ-3205, the first prototypes of a successor to the PAZ-672 were made in the Pavlovsky Avtobusny Sawod . The first vehicles appeared in 1979, further prototypes in the 1980s. A very limited series production had already existed since 1984. On December 1, 1989, PAZ stopped series production of the PAZ-672, from that day the new model PAZ-3205 ran off the production line regularly and in bulk. From 1993 a version with a second passenger door was also built, the PAZ-32051.
In 2003 a version extended by 1,100 millimeters was brought onto the market, the PAZ-4234. From the outside, it can be easily recognized by the five large windows on the driver's side. Like the PAZ-32051, the bus has two regular passenger doors.
By February 9, 2006, 150,000 copies of the bus had been produced. The revision of the model also began in 2006, which can be recognized from the outside by the additional emergency exit in the rear of the vehicle. Various new engines have been available since 2012, including diesel engines. In 2014 there was the first noticeable revision in years with a redesigned front of the vehicle.
A successor has been built with the PAZ-3204 since 2009. The serial production of the PAZ-3205 was not discontinued.

- PAZ-3205 (pre-series) - built from 1979 to 1984, a total of five copies
- PAZ-3205 - basic version, first isolated vehicles since 1984, series production from December 1st, 1989. In 2006 production was discontinued in favor of the PAZ-32053.
- PAZ-3205 Ernst Auwärter - A prototype that was manufactured in 1990 in collaboration with Ernst Auwärter . There was no series production.
- PAZ-3205-40 - chassis without body for export to Cuba , built since 2013
- PAZ-3205-67 - prototype from 1994, one copy built
- PAZ-32051 - prototype from 1980 with two automatic doors, only one was built.
- PAZ-32051 - basic version with additional rear door, built in series from 1993 to 2006
- PAZ-32051-50 - prototype from 1994 with a revised design and better features, not mass-produced
- PAZ-32052 - prototype for use as a marshrutka , one made in 1999
- PAZ-32053 - Modernized basic version, now with a side emergency exit door at the rear, built in series since 2006, replaced the PAZ-3205. In 2014 the front of the vehicle was revised.
- PAZ-32052-05 - Prototype from 2002 with modified front and large central door, not built in series
- PAZ-32053-20 - Version for the combined transport of passengers and cargo, built in series since 2000
- PAZ-32053-70 - school bus that complies with relevant Russian standards. The model is also known as PAZ-3205SCh and has been in series production since 2002.
- PAZ-32053-80 - Special vehicle for undertakers. It has the option of taking a coffin and several (living) people with you, and series production has been going on since 2000.
- PAZ-32054 - version with two regular passenger doors , in series production since 2000
- PAZ-3798 - More like a truck than a bus, built from 2000 to 2010. This version has a closed, coolable structure and is used as a refrigerated vehicle .
- PAZ-4234 - In series production since 2003, version of the PAZ-32054 extended by 1100 millimeters with 30 seats. Like the shorter version, the vehicle has been delivered with a redesigned front since mid-2014.
- WMK-30331-020 - Mobile health station based on the PAZ-4234.
