LEDA / PGC 12309 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SB in the constellation Fornax in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 76 million light years from the Milky Way . Together with NGC 1201 , NGC 1255 , NGC 1302 and PGC 12011 , it forms the NGC 1255 group .
