Volleyball has been played in Neustrelitz since 1950 with the BSG Lokomotive Neustrelitz and since the 1960s with Dynamo Neustrelitz . The volleyball players have been integrated into the newly founded PSV since 1990. The men have been playing in the 3rd division north since 2015 (with one interruption in 2016/17) and won the championship here in 2018/19 . The greatest success in the club's history is the promotion to the 2nd Volleyball Bundesliga North in 2019/20.

Head coach is Mewes Goertz, assistant coach is Dirk Heß and sporting director is Patrick Scholz. The home games of PSV Neustrelitz are played in the Strelitzhalle, Louisenstraße 28, 17235 Neustrelitz.

PSV volleyball has one more men's team and three women's teams.

Other sports
