From 2012 to 2014 the USC competed in the third division before returning to the second division in the 2014/15 season . The USC ended the 2016/17 season as a relegated athlete, but kept the class as a successor due to the withdrawal of SF Aligse from the league. In the 2018/19 season , the volleyball players came second to last and were relegated to the third division.

basketball

Since 1989, the USC competed in basketball together with Eintracht Braunschweig in a game community under the name Braunschweiger Basketball Gemeinschaft Eintracht / USC . Most recently, the BBG was particularly successful in women's basketball, where they were promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2013 via a wildcard . After the rise, however, the USC withdrew from the second division team for financial reasons. The syndicate of the two clubs was finally dissolved on July 1, 2014, and since then the USC has been participating in the game again with its own teams.
