The men's team was promoted from the regional league to the third league for the 2016/17 season . There the team was divided into the west relay. This season already the third place in the table could be reached. In the end of the next season they were back in third place. Nevertheless, this space was enough for promotion to the 2nd volleyball Bundesliga. They have been playing in the North season since the 2018/19 season. In the first season in this league was achieved with the 10th place of relegation. On October 29, 2019, the club separated from the previous coach Fabio Bartolone , the former coach of the second team Werner Kernebeck was introduced as his successor . The second team currently plays in the Oberliga 1 of the Northwest German Volleyball Association . There are also four other men's, two women's and numerous youth teams.
Handball
The handball department has existed since June 1992 in cooperation with TSV Achim in the Achim / Baden community .
Bounce ball
The first women's team has played in the Prellball-Bundesliga-Nord since the 2014/15 season.
