Pablo Daniel Brandán (born March 5, 1983 in Merlo ) is an Argentine football player . He has been without a club since the beginning of 2017.
Career
Brandán began his career with CA Huracán in 1999 . After he left this club after his first professional season, he played in Spain from 2000 to 2001 for Deportivo Alavés and from 2001 to 2002 for FC Burgos . In 2003 Brandán was again active in his home country for the CA Independiente . After playing for Argentinos Juniors from 2004 to 2005 and for Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba from 2005 to 2006, he returned to Deportivo Alavés in 2006. He then joined Unirea Urziceni in 2007 . Brandán became champions with the Romanians in the 2008/09 season . In late August 2010, he moved to league rivals Steaua Bucharest . There he won the Romanian Cup in 2011 . In early March 2012 he received an offer from the Chinese first division club Liaoning Hongyun and moved to the Super League . With his new club he finished the following two seasons in midfield. In early 2014 he left China and moved to Beitar Jerusalem in Israel. In the summer of 2014, the Romanian first division promoted CS Universitatea Craiova signed him. A year later he joined league rivals ASA Târgu Mureş . FC Viitorul Constanța signed him in the summer of 2016 . At the beginning of 2017, he terminated his contract.
