Pablo Pantoja (born September 23, 1996 in Jaca ) is a Spanish ice hockey player who has been under contract with CH Jaca since the beginning of his career and has been playing in the Spanish Super League since 2012 .

Career

Pablo Pantoja began his career as a hockey player in the youth department of the CH Jaca from his Aragonese hometown, for whose first team he made his debut in the Spanish Super League in the 2012/13 season . With Jaca, he won the cup straight away in his rookie year . In 2015 and 2016 he won the Spanish championship with his club .

International

For Spain, Pantoja took part in the junior division at the U18 World Junior Championships in Division II in 2013 and 2014 as well as in the U20 World Junior Championships in Division II in 2014 , 2015 and 2016 , when he was voted the best striker of the tournament and best player on his team, part.

In the senior division, Pantoja was in his country's squad for the first time at the 2016 World Cup in Division II . The Spaniards only narrowly missed promotion to Division I when, after a 2-0 lead after two-thirds, they only suffered a 2-3 defeat in extra time against the later promoted from the Netherlands .
