Panipak Wongpattanakit ( Thai พา ณิ ภัค วงศ์ พัฒน กิจ ; * August 8, 1997 in Surat Thani ) is a former Thai Taekwondoin .
Career
Panipak was Asian champion in the weight class up to 46 kilograms in Tashkent in 2014 and won bronze at the Asian Games in Incheon . The following year she also became world champion in Chelyabinsk . Since then she has competed in the weight class up to 49 kilograms, in which she also became Asian champion in Pasay in 2016 . At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she reached the quarter-finals after an opening win in the first round, in which she lost 5-6 to the eventual Olympic champion Kim So-hui . In the Hope Round, she won her two fights, so she received a bronze medal. In Muju Panipak was 2017 vice world champion a year later she secured in Jakarta at the Asian Games gold medal. In 2019 she became world champion again in Manchester .
