Parpeçay is a town and commune Déléguée in the French commune of Val-Fouzon with 227 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Indre in the Region Center-Val de Loire . The inhabitants are called Parpeçéens .

Since January 1, 2016, the former parishes of Parpeçay , Sainte-Cécile and Varennes-sur-Fouzon form the municipality of Val-Fouzon. The municipality of Parpeçay belonged to the Arrondissement of Issoudun and the Canton of Valençay (until 2015: Canton Saint-Christophe-en-Bazelle )
