Pascal Jean Marcel Wintzer (born December 18, 1959 in Rouen ) is Archbishop of Poitiers .
Life
Pascal Wintzer was ordained a priest on June 27, 1987 .
Benedict XVI. appointed him on April 2, 2007 titular bishop of Rusadus and auxiliary bishop in Poitiers . The Archbishop of Poitiers, Albert Jean-Marie Rouet , ordained him episcopal on May 19 of the same year ; Co - consecrators were Jean-Charles Marie Descubes , Archbishop of Rouen , and Joseph Marie Louis Duval , Senior Archbishop of Rouen. His motto is N'éteignez pas l'Esprit .
The Pope appointed him Apostolic Administrator of Poitiers on February 12, 2011 . On January 13, 2012, he was appointed Archbishop of Poitiers.
