tradition
The weaving mill in Paszab plays a special role . There was a weaving house in the village, from which a people's handicraft cooperative emerged in the 1950s. Fabrics with traditional patterns from the region were made and new design ideas were added to develop their own style. The woven fabrics became more and more popular over time and are also exported under the names "Paszabi szőttes" and "Nyírségi szőttes".
