Patricia Schwager (born December 6, 1983 in Balterswil , Canton Thurgau ) is a former Swiss cyclist and later sports director

Patricia Schwager, a trained baker-confectioner, has been active in cycling since 1998. By 2016 she won five national titles as champion in the individual time trial and in the hill climb. From 2014 to 2016 she drove for the US TIBCO To The Top team, but did not contest any more races in 2016. In May 2016, she announced that she would end her cycling career due to ongoing health problems.

After her career as a cyclist, Schwager became the sporting director of her last team as an active TIBCO .
