Patrick Bittner

Patrick Bittner (born October 18, 1971 in Stadtlohn ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Bittner went to Landhaus Scherrer in Hamburg in 1994 , and in 1995 to the lobster parlor in Düsseldorf with Peter Nöthel and Peter Liesenfeld . In 1996 he moved to Hessler in Maintal as Sous Chef with Doris-Katharina Hessler . In 1998 he started with Dieter Müller in the Schlosshotel Lerbach in Bergisch Gladbach (three Michelin stars ), followed in 1999 by the master school in Heidelberg .

Since 2000 he has been head chef at the Restaurant Français in the Frankfurter Hof in Frankfurt, which has been awarded a Michelin star and 17 points in the Gault Millau .

Private

Bittner is a triathlete and completes one or two Ironman competitions per year.
