Patrick Leclercq (politician)

Patrick Leclercq (* 1938 in Lille , France ) was Head of Government and Foreign Minister of the Principality of Monaco from January 5, 2000 to May 1, 2005 . His predecessor was Michel Lévêque .

Patrick Leclercq was trained at the École nationale d'administration (ENA). Before taking over the government offices in Monaco, he was the French ambassador to Spain .

His successor was Jean-Paul Proust .
