Patrick Würll (born August 16, 1978 in Schweinfurt ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Würll started playing soccer in the soccer department of TV Sondheim / Grabfeld in the district of Rhön-Grabfeld in the Lower Franconia administrative region and continued it in the youth departments of 1. FC Schweinfurt and FC Bayern Munich . At the age of 18, he moved up to the amateur team of Bayern and completed four seasons in the Regionalliga Süd , in which he played 82 games and scored 25 goals.
For the 2000/01 season he moved to league rivals Kickers Offenbach for which he played 58 point games in two seasons and scored 26 goals.
For the 2002/03 season he switched to the 2nd Bundesliga for SSV Reutlingen 05 , for which he scored five goals in 19 league games in his first season and still had to be relegated at the end of the season. He made his debut in paid football on August 25, 2002 (3rd matchday) in a 2-1 win in the away game against Eintracht Braunschweig ; He scored his first goal on November 10, 2002 (12th matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the away game against 1. FC Köln with the opening goal in the 29th minute.
Würll remained in the 2nd Bundesliga because he was signed by VfB Lübeck for the 2003/04 season , played 19 of 34 point games for this and was able to excel as a goalscorer three times. With the descent of the club in the Regionalliga Nord , Würll also stayed in this, as he moved to league rivals Holstein Kiel for the 2004/05 season and completed 51 point games for this in two seasons, in which he scored 13 goals. In the winter of the 2005/06 season , Würll extended his contract in Kiel for another year - but this only applied to the 2nd Bundesliga. Since Kiel missed the promotion, Würll was able to change free of charge.
This was followed by two more seasons in this division, but for Dynamo Dresden . Curiously, Würll made his debut for Dresden on August 6, 2006 (1st matchday) in the home game against Holstein Kiel of all places . At 4: 1 victory he had after only nine minutes put the home team came back recovered until 24 March 2007 (27 Matchday) at 0 injury: 1 defeat in the away game against 1. FC Magdeburg into playing back . He played ten of the remaining 11 games and scored his only goal of the season on June 2, 2007, on the last match day, in the 2: 4 defeat in the home game against Hamburger SV II with the goal of 2: 0 in the 32nd minute. In the following season he met again, but played eight more games.
In the third league , newly created for the 2008/09 season , he was then active for two seasons for SSV Jahn Regensburg and scored three goals in 45 point games.
From 2010 to 2011 he played for BC Aichach in the seventh-class district upper league Swabia . He let his career end after two seasons for VfR Garching in the Oberbayern regional league and the Southeast regional league until June 2013.
