Patrizio Frau (born March 3, 1989 in Cologne ) is a German - Italian soccer player . He plays in the defense mainly as a central defender .
Career
Frau began his career at the lower-class German clubs SV Horrem and SV BW Kerpen, before joining the youth of the Italian first division club Cagliari Calcio via the 1st youth soccer school in Cologne . In the summer of 2009, however, he returned to Germany and moved to the upper division Rot-Weiss Frankfurt . There he came to five missions in the 2009/10 season. In July 2010 he moved to the second team of the second division Alemannia Aachen in the upper league . There he established himself as a regular player and came to 47 missions in two seasons, in which he scored three goals. In addition, Frau was part of the first team's squad several times due to player failures, but did not play a competitive game. In August 2012, Frau then moved to the Portuguese second division Portimonense SC . He signed a one-year contract until the end of June 2013. On August 22, 2012, the 3rd match day of the 2012/13 season , Frau came to his first appearance in professional football when he scored 75 in the home game against FC Porto B (1: 1) .Minute came on for Luís Carlos .
