Paul Mambe Mukanga

Paul Mambe Mukanga (born April 13, 1929 in Shopo ; † January 26, 2004 ) was Bishop of Kindu .

Life

Paul Mambe Mukanga was ordained a priest on December 28, 1957 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Kindu on March 15, 1979 .

The Archbishop of Bukavu , Aloys Mulindwa Mutabesha Mugoma Mweru , gave him episcopal ordination on June 24th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Tharcisse Tshibangu Tshishiku , auxiliary bishop in Kinshasa , and Albert Tshomba Yungu , bishop of Tshumbe .
