Paweł Ochal

Paweł Ochal (born July 17, 1981 in Bydgoszcz ) is a Polish marathon runner .

In 2005 he was third in the Piła Half Marathon . The following year he was second overall in the Dębno marathon and fourth overall in Piła, each national runner-up in the marathon and half marathon .

In 2007 he became Polish marathon champion with a victory in Dębno and won the Warsaw marathon . In 2008 he was fourth in Warsaw, in 2009 second in the Marathon de la Liberté and fifth in the La Rochelle Marathon and in 2010 third in the Düsseldorf Marathon .

Paweł Ochal is trained by Oleksandr Kusyn .
