Pavlo Valerijowytsch Rosenko (born July 15, 1970 in Kiev , USSR ) is a Ukrainian politician.

He is a member of the Ukrainian Democratic Alliance for Reforms , which ran in the 2014 parliamentary elections in Ukraine in the Petro Poroshenko Bloc . In 1993 he graduated from the Polytechnic Institute in Kiev and from 1993 to 1994 worked for the National Television Company of Ukraine . He then began a career in politics.

In 2005/06 he was Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine and from 2006 to 2008 Head of Social Policy of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko . He was then again Deputy Minister for Labor and Social Policy until March 2010. From March 2010 to October 2012 he was an expert on social policy at the center Rasumkowa (full name: named Ukrainian Center for Economic and political studies after Olexander Razumkov / Ukr. Український центр економічних і політичних досліджень імені Олександра Разумкова ). He has been a Member of the Verkhovna Rada since October 2012 and Minister of Social Affairs of Ukraine in the second cabinet of Arseniy Yatsenjuk since December 2, 2014 . In the subsequent government of Volodymyr Hroysman , he became one of the deputy prime ministers of the Hroysman cabinet on April 14, 2016 .

Rosenko is the author of over 100 articles and publications on wages, social policy, pension reform, the remuneration and severance payment system in Ukraine and others.

Rosenko is married and has two children.
