Angela Wicharz-Lindner
Angela Wicharz-Lindner ( pseudonym : Lea Rachwitz , born April 24, 1954 in Düsseldorf ) is a German translator .
Life
Angela Wicharz-Lindner completed a study of French and Italian at the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITD) of the University of Heidelberg , where she graduated as a certified translator. From 1985 to 2007 she worked for the translation service of the European Parliament in Luxembourg . Today she lives as a freelance translator in Cologne .
Angela Wicharz-Lindner translates fiction and non-fiction from French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch into German .
She is a member of the Association of German-Language Translators of Literary and Scientific Works , VdÜ.
